|Baby Food 101 - Introduction to Solids

Starting solids is so much fun and a huge milestone for your family!
Kandice Stellmon, our Certified Nutrition Consultant, will discuss when to start, which foods are best through the first year and tips to make things easier. In addition to the basics, we will also cover how to lay the foundation for building a healthy, happy eater for years to come. Topics include variations for a vegetarian diet and spotting food allergies/intolerances. Last but not least, there will be a fun home-made baby food cooking demonstration!
