After Hours Care
If you or your child has a medical emergency, please call 9-1-1 or go to your nearest emergency department.
As a patient of our practice, you have 24-hour access to our physicians. After-hours calls should be limited to urgent issues.
- During regular business hours (10am to 6pm, Monday through Friday), please call our reception at 650-595-5437 to speak with a doctor.
- We do not use a nurse triage service so you will always speak with a doctor.
- The on-call doctor for Whole Family Wellness may be reached after-hours for urgent matters through our answering service. Dial our main office number at 650-595-5437 and then dial option 5 to reach our answering service who will page the on-call doctor.
For urgent matters after hours, you may also visit an urgent care center. The following are some of the urgent care centers that are available in our area:
